When you’re feeling stressed, anxious or just overwhelmed by everything then take a few minutes and  try one of our ‘calming’ approaches. – The approach is about taking some time out for yourself – an ‘oasis of calm’  – in your busy life. Below is a calming meditation which combines 5 elements – each of which has been shown to reduce anxiety.
